I had ordered 500 meters of Bra band elastic and when I received the order it was two different types of elastic band stapled together. 50 meters was of high quality that I had ordered and the remaining 450 meters was of poor quality with no soft felt backing and too much stretch. This has cost my business a lot of money due to postponing production and missed deadlines. I have contacted the factory and had no luck as yet with them supplying me the correct elastic band I had ordered and paid for
